There's only one place where the elusive Leafy Oastics can be found... on Abandoned Island. Go there and collect 5 Leafy Oastic Petals for the trophy hunter in Dalimond or Chiconis.

Bag 5 Leafy Oastic Petals and return to the Trophy Hunters in Dalimond or Chiconis.
The creepy walking bushes can be found far to the west of Aradoth, past Lesser Aradoth in fact, on Abandoned Island. Rumor has it that the portal to there is found at the end of the scorpion's tail on Scorpion Island.
Excellent work, <Sir, Miss, Master>! These trophies will do fine! I was worried that you might not come back in one piece. Haha, I guess you do make a great <Adventurer School> after all.
