The Nah'guk don't sound like the sort of enemy that is going to respect a dragon's rage, but that's what Wintheria is asking you to destroy for this task. They can be found together near Harro, just south of the Imperial Outpost.

Defeat twenty (20) Nah'guk Brutes or Bashers. They're found south of the Imperial Outpost near Harro
If you are prepared for your next test, I shall do my best to oblige. I believe at your current rank, it would be appropriate for me to ask that you defeat twenty brutes or bashers of the Nah'guk. You can find them south of the Imperial Outpost near Harro. Return to me with a Nah'guk Warrior Jawbone for a technique I need. Is this within your abilities, <player>?

Well done. Those foul monsters are a constant menace in some areas, but their ears and jawbones do come in handy. Only fair I buy that jawbone off you. That said, if you are prepared, I can now train you in the finer points of Gold Rage.
