Granstak believes that the shells of the Blood Crabs found in the darkness of the sinkhole could be of great use in various rituals by Scholars and Shamans in Istaria.

Speak to Granstak
<player>, we must speak together. This one has needs for rare things found within the depths of the sinkhole. This one came here because of the Bloodletters, but found other creatures that may be of great use as well.
This one is an Alchemist, <player>, but also a Shaman with a need for rare components from the creatures of Istaria... for what use? Rituals, though this one would rather not say what kind.
This one believes that shells of Blood Crabs found within the sinkhole could be ground into a powder and used to bind... well. No, this one cannot say. Not at this time. Go, gather the shells of the Blood Crabs. The shells must be of the best quality: this one will only accept undamaged ones.
