Fetch five (5) Palesnout Youngling Tusks and bring them back to Guard Helda in Mahagra
I have been granted permission to provide travellers with some measure of protection from the cold, in exchange for a small service. Are you interested? If so, simply bring me five tusks from the Palesnount Younglings.
Thank you, hopefully that will discourage the local palesnouts from wandering closer to town. If I were you I would seek out some bath water as soon as I could. As agreed, here is a measure of protection from the cold.
