Illinos is angry over events that led up to his death. He believes no one gave him the respect he deserved and saw the bargain presented by the Necromancer as a way of claiming what he lacked.

Welcome, <player>. How can this one assist?
- I am looking for the necromancer from your report.
Ah, yes! It is good that one of the Gifted is here to investigate. This one was patrolling the road up the side of Greenridge Mountain and spotted a strange shrine and a number of specters.
- You did not take care of them?
No, <player>, this one was alone and there were too many. This one returned and filed a report to Scale-Guard Kerrak and now here <player> is.
- How can I reach this place?

Go to Sslanis Basin northeast of Sslanis in the jungle. East of the basin, follow the road leading north to Upper Bridgview through Greenridge Mountain. You will find the shrine on the side of the road atop the mountain.
