Lord-Commander Jatell believes that the invasion will focus on Harro and that this new leader mentioned in the recovered orders, Fafnir, may be the spearhead. He wants you to travel there, speak with the Militia Captain, a man by the name of Terry, and do what you can to protect the city's inhabitants.
Quest text[edit]
Good, you have returned. There is much to do and little time to do it in, <player>. I have determined from these recovered fragments of orders that the invasion may be focusing on the conquest of Harro. We cannot allow that, <player>! Harro is critical to the Empire's presence in the Frontier and for our eventual counter-offensive against the Withered Aegis. I require your service at this time!
Good. As I said, there is much to do and little time to do it in. I am very busy here with... well, with the Council and mobilization of the Army. So I require your service at this time. Travel to Harro and speak with the newly appointed militia captain, a man named Terry. Assist the Harro Militia with the defense of the town and prevent its conquest by the Withered Aegis. Now go, for I am very busy and have no more time for you!

Hail, <player>! What brings you to Harro? You have a most serious look about you, so I gather this is not a social call? An impending invasion you say? Yes, we have noticed the increase in undead patrols and have even defended the gates from several attacks by ferocious blighted hounds.
Oh yes... My companions and I have fought several recent battles against a deadly foe.. Some large beast that has claimed our lives more than once! Fortunately we are Gifted, else the gates would have fallen. But now that you are here, maybe we can get to the bottom of this. You see, I believe we must discover the details of this new invasion. There must be orders given to these beasts for they seem at least somewhat intelligent. Find these orders, return with them to the Lord-Commander.
Return to the Lord-Commander at the Imperial Outpost with the additional battle-orders
You have returned! Have you protected Harro from the invasion? You have, you say? Well, we shall see. I have my doubts. And you have brought additional battle orders that you recovered from this new enemy, the one called Fafnir, have you? Well, let us see what we can see. It would appear that more enemies are on their way. The invasion is not done yet!

I suppose you have done well enough. My scouts tell me that you defended Harro with competence. I could have done better, but it is not for one such as me to lead from the front. I am too valuable to the Cause. However, I do recognize your accomplishments. Here, take these Ceremonial pieces. I've had them laying around for a while, I'm sure you can use one of them. Oh, and this Quartermaster Token. Leave me to study these orders and prepare for what lies ahead.
