Frig, the Imperial Quartermaster, is in need of resources to stockpile for the next phase of construction. He currently needs the toughest fabric, Steelsilk. He is willing to pay coin and Imperial Quartermaster Tokens for your trouble.

Step: Bring 50 Steelsilk Bolts to Quartermaster Frig Tallowgar at the Imperial Outpost
Greetings, <player>, you are here for work are you not? Well, look no further! I have just the ticket. You see, the Imperial Engineering Corps is preparing to begin the next phase of construction here at the outpost and so we need to stockpile the necessary resources. I have been authorized to pay interested Gifted in coin and Imperial Quartermaster Tokens for their trouble. Bring me fifty Steelsilk Bolts and I will pay you well.
Excellent work <Sir, Miss, Master>! These bolts will do fine! I was worried that you may not come back in one piece as the lands east and south of here are heavily patrolled by the Withered Aegis. Hehe, I guess I shouldn't doubt the resilience of a <race> after all.
