The imperial Outpost was established to protect Harro and the communities north and west. Sergeant Temerac needs to stop an imminent attack on the Imperial Outpost.

Speak with Sergeant Temerac
We have another crisis brewing, <player>. The stone-hurlers were bad enough, but now a faction called The Vanguard has begun moving catapults into position just south of this outpost! With our forces deployed towards Harro and south, we're stretched thin.
- Your forces?
Yes, the bulk of the army in this area is trying to protect Harro and the road southeast. Perhaps you could run out there and take care of the catapults for me?
- Yes, I suppose I can.
Good. Here is the plan. We have scouted four locations where they are approaching. Each catapult is guarded by a Commander and two Handlers. Get rid of them before destroying the catapult.
- How am I supposed to do it?
The Gnomes of New Rachival have provided some explosives to blast the enemy fortifications, but they could be useful to obliterate their war machines too. Take these Sabotage Kits and plant them near the catapults. Be quick enough before reinforcements arrive to protect them.
- Understood.
One last piece of advice before you go: the wicks of the kits are short, so you should scamper off once it's lit if you don't want to earn a free recall to the shrine where you have bound your soul.
