Giltekh the Master Alchemist was so pleased with the results of the first potion by his lost love, Niesa, that he has decided to try making another one.
Quest text[edit]
Giltekh tells you, I have unfortunate news, <player>. The Orbs did not work. In fact, they created a potion so toxic that I fear even pouring it into the ocean. I may have to find a way to destroy it entirely as I dare not leave it laying about. That poses a problem though since the potion contains fiery elements. *he shakes his head* No matter, I will worry about that later.
Giltekh tells you, For the present time, we must find some other component to use as a catalyst. One other powerful source that is often overlooked by many Alchemists is a Golem Core. Fortunately for us there are numerous golems on the Island of Fire that we might use.
Giltekh tells you, <player>, go back to the Island and collect Fiery Golem Cores from the Fire Opal Golems that roam the caves of the island. Return to me when you have collected sufficient quantities of them.
That is all the Fiery Golem Cores that you need..
Giltekh tells you, Yes, yes! These Cores look spectacular, <player>. See how the fire has imbued them and the mixture of red and orange and yellow swirls deep within? I have a good feeling about this.

- Collect twelve (12) Fiery Golem Cores from the Fire Opal Golems on the Island of Fire.
- Return to Giltekh on the Island of Ice with the Fiery Golem Cores.
