Having freed Niesa from her enslavement and having defeated her oppressor, Niesa has begun to remember much of what she had once known in life. She has promised to give you the recipe that she claims will deal a great blow to the enemy. First, however, you must help her finish her research.

Quest text[edit]

Barrakhen tells you, *he looks up at you* I have considered the situation and given the components you have already attempted, I can think of no others that would be more or even as powerful. None that would contain the necessary linkages that you would require.

Barrakhen tells you, Oh, do not worry, I do not know what this potion is you are developing. I can infer some of its purpose and properties from the catalysts you have already attempted to utilize. Now, <player>, let us consider your next steps. You see, I can think of nothing and if, as you say, Giltekh has already been consulted and is out of ideas then our options dwindle.

Feljat tells you, Ahem.

Feljat tells you, Fresh snows, <player>. May your trades ever be profitable.

Barrakhen tells you, Yes, Feljat?

Feljat tells you, Excuse me a moment, Grandmaster. If I might interject?

Feljat tells you, I am no alchemist, the complexities elude me. However, I have met many alchemists in the course of my travels and trades. One thing I have learned is that alchemists rarely leave their comfortable laboratories. It is because of this simple fact that they rely upon traders such as myself to acquire the ingredients for their research.

Feljat tells you, Giltekh is a bit of an oddity in his field, traveling into the wilds of the Island of Ice and all. Nevertheless, I listen, I speak, and I learn of those in the trade. What of the alchemist called Aerilya, Grandmaster?

Barrakhen tells you, The Dragon?!?! Hm, what have you heard of this Dragon-Alchemist?

Feljat tells you, *she shrugs* Aerilya has placed many orders over the last few months. Not simply your common alchemical ingredients either, but those that are rare and expensive. I have heard rumors that this Dragon is making quite a stir in local circles, particularly amongst the Gnomes of New Rachival and the residents of Tazoon.

Barrakhen tells you, *he snorts* Foolishness is what I think it is. Do not listen to such tall tales, <player>.

Feljat tells you, <player>, if you are truly at your wit's end then you might consider speaking with someone who is not of the establishment, who may bring new ideas to the table. Perhaps this Aerilya is such a one? You can find the Dragon-Alchemist outside of New Rachival near the Dragon-Engineer called Nielenoss.

Aerilya tells you, Greetings, little naka. What brings you to the cave of Nielenoss the Great? Unless you seek the wisdom of elders, then you may find little to your liking here. You are an alchemist, are you? Well, well, so it begins.
