Johald has received a request from Sadie, the Scout Trainer, for a handful of Rough Hide Shoulders. Johald would like you to give Sadie a hand.

Ahh, <player>. Hello again. I just spoke to Sadie recently, she seemed rathar irrate. She was going on about how she needs to teach her scouts the meaning of stealth. She also asked if I could give her a hand with some gear for them when I have some free time, but honestly I am quite swamped today. If you could go talk to her and give her a hand that would be highly appreciated.
Speak with Sadie Welcome outfitter, did Johald send you about my request? Good, You see my scouts and I tend to do a lot of travelling for our work, and sometimes we have to travel through some rough terrain in the process. Lately they have all been crying about the fact that the supplies and equipment they have to carry are wearing on their shoulders and giving them some pain and problems while we are out in the field. As you might be aware our profession requires a bit of stealth sometimes, and trying to hunt in the woods becomes rather pointless when the guy next to you starts making noise and complaining about shoulder problems. Normally I don't give in to this sort of complaining, but they do have a point. Having some better protection would help out in our job quite a bit. So with that said, I was wondering if you and Johald could see to making some Rough Hide Shoulders for me and my scouts, you will be paid for your efforts of course. We could use a set of five of them for now. If it works out, perhaps we will see you again for some more. I have the formula I think you will need, if you would like.

Ah, you have returned. I must say I am rather pleased to see you again so soon. Thank you for your trouble, hopefully this will stop my scouts from complaining so much on the job, I try to stress the meaning of stealth, but it seems lost to them, I suppose that is why they are still trainees.
