Giant Ice Beetles can be found north of Glacier Canyon all along the shorline. Larger and much more stronger than the Ice Beetles from an earlier challenge, you need to be careful when facing these creatures that you don't get too close to too many at once.

Travel north of Glacier Canyon to the shoreline. There you'll defeat 20 Giant Ice Beetles as your challenge in order to learn further how to use your Primal Instant Heal.
I am starting to run out of challenges, <player>. Which is good, because I'm also starting to run out of things to teach you. Soon you'll be able to heal instantly all but a mortal wound! And since you are one of the Gifted, mortal wounds don't happen easily. I'm going to have to send you back to the Frozen Wastes for this challenge. North of Glacier Canyon you'll find Giant Ice Beetles. I'll train you further once you return.
