Estelwen dashes over to her oven. Eww, something smells burnt! Looks like she's going to be busy for a minute.
Estelwen tells you, Hello again, <player>. Did you find another unusual ingredient that you need to learn about? Really? What did you find? Ah, bitterroot. Wonderful stuff to keep on hand if you plan to be brewing any dwarven ales. Here, let me get you - wait, what's that smell?
Estelwen is finished scraping out her pot. She doesn't look happy.
Estelwen tells you, Bark and branch, that's the second batch that's gone wrong! The rice in this jambalaya is supposed to by light & fluffy! Mine is coming out both undercooked AND burnt! I don't understand it! I'm sorry, <player>, I don't have time to write out the bitterroot recipe for you right now. I have a lot of prep work to get done and I'm out of rice! Arrrgh!!!

Estelwen tells you, Oh, wonderful, thank you so much! I found out what I was doing wrong. My friend Weston gave me this recipe ages ago, and I missed his note about letting the jambalaya sit after the rice goes in. I was taking the lid off to stir it and check the seasonings, and letting the steam escape was making the rice dry out before it was cooked! This time, I'm just going to leave it alone!
