Speak to Erelald if you need a Beginner Mark Formula.
Now, this makes sense. Braekhis wants a Mark spell so that she may weaken the enemy's defense to pierce. With that neat spear she uses, this spell will likely help her quite a bit. I have a feeling you'll benefit more crafting this spell than I would, so if you're willing, I'd appreciate the help.
