Jeremiah Trueheart is an experienced Ranger, but even he has some difficulties when the prey escapes. He thinks having a spell that tangles up his foes and slows them down might make it easier. He has put in an order for a few Ensnaring Root spells.

Speak to Erelald if you need a Beginner Ensnaring Root I Formula.

Jeremiah was here earlier; he seems to be having some difficulty with his enemies getting too close before he can position another arrow. When your primary weapon requires a lot of space between you and the enemy, it's good to find ways to slow them down. He put in an order for a few Ensnaring Roots spells for him and some allies. Are you interested in helping, <player>?
