The Selen Forest is located east of Forest Guard and west of the Spiritous Swamp. The forest can be acessed from many points, through the fastest way is probably when you port from the Imperial Outpost and walk from there west. The area is part of the Aradoth Frontier.
The forest has a rich vegetation and even some visual highlights, like interesting plants (26670,23743) and a mushroom house (26654,23461). Many Dire Wolves (level 81-85) live in the forest.
