You acquired a sample of blood from a plague victim within the Tower at the request of Lesser Prelate Eneth. He has been comparing the blood to the flesh you brought from the dig site and may have a lead on a cure.

This is fascinating, <player>. I have been cross-examining the blood with the tissue sample you brought to the Tower. Truly fascinating. One thing I have confirmed is that the plague is definitely magical in nature.
- You believe it can be cured?
Yes... I think. With a spell or a potion perhaps. Since the plague is magical in nature, we will also need something magical to counteract it. I have an idea, but I am more of a researcher, of someone who delves into theory and thought-puzzles, than one who actually creates and experiments. For that, you will need to speak with someone more practical.
- Who would you recommend?
There are many here in the tower who are familiar with magic and spells, but none who actively practice the creation of them. We're simple theorists really. However, there are a number of people who might be up to the task in Dalimond including an old acquaintance of mine, Minisa Albrath. I have written down my notes and observations for you to deliver to her in Dalimond.
- Why Minisa?
She has a reputation for curiosity and for liking a good challenge. The plague affects both Dragons and non-Dragons so Minisa should be well motivated to assist. Take the notes with you and then return here with the spell. Good luck to you, <player>.
