A plague is threatening to spread across the land. Where did it come from and why does it appear to be centered on these so-called Prophets? Teana would like you to find out by questioning the Prophet who has come to Kaiyar.
Quest text[edit]
Teana tells you, Destruction and death knocks at the door and, at the greatest hour of need, you arrive. Coincidence, <player>? Nay, I do not think so. Providence, I believe. I speak of Alyssa, of course.
Alyssa?
Teana tells you, A plague sweeps across the land, Tazoon is destroyed, and these so-called Prophets of Nazderon are suddenly everywhere. Again, I ask you, coincidence or some deeper plan? It cannot be a coincidence.
The Prophets are a problem.
Teana tells you, We are in agreement then. Something evil stirs and I fear what its ultimate end-game could be. Together we must root out the truth of the matter, <player>!
Yes, we shall!
Teana tells you, These Prophets are the key to it, I fear. Nazderon, a name both hated and feared in this village. Defeated twice, yet some now herald his return! Information is what we require, <player>. Seek it out by speaking with these prophets. There is one in this very village by the gate!
Prophet says, 'His Greatness will come back to us. Contemplate his power!'
Prophet tells you, He is coming and you will all be witness to the greatness of his new-found glory! Bow down before him, less you be judged unworthy!
Who is coming?
Prophet tells you, The Great One, of course, you fool! Nazderon returns and he brings Glory For All with him!
Nazderon is dead, defeated by the Gifted.
Prophet tells you, The Gifted hold no sway over one as great as he! See how the plague infects even the Gifted? My brethren in the sands will continue their work and all shall see the light!
Teana tells you, Did you learn anything from the boasting fool?
He mentioned his brethren in the sands.
