The Cult of Nazderon has spread its influence far and wide across the deserts south of the Ruin of Tazoon. You rescued Zalikhet from the grasp of the Cult, but now you have learned that they are creating a ritual meant to bring about Nazderon's Return.
Quest text[edit]
Zalikhet tells you, I overheard the Priests speaking of a ritual, <player>, one whose sole purpose was to bring about the return of Nazderon himself. I can only assume that my blood was meant to help fuel such a ritual.
It must be stopped!
Zalikhet tells you, Yes, it must. A ritual of this size and magnitude will be elaborate with a high priest, the Magadi guard, more than one sacrifice, an altar and more. It is a very complex magical spell, <player>.
It sounds complicated!
Zalikhet tells you, For the one performing it, such a ritual is very complicated... but also fragile. Any single component out of alignment, not added at the proper time, or of sufficient quality and the spell will not work as expected, if at all.
How do we stop it?
Zalikhet tells you, As I said, the spell is complex and complicated for the one casting it... but, it is also fragile and so, for us, that means it is a simple matter to disrupt it. Rescue the sacrifices, kill the high priest, destroy any of the props, and you will disrupt the ritual. It is your choice how to disrupt it, but I would suggest killing the high priest regardless.
So, where is this ritual being performed?
Zalikhet tells you, We are in luck, <player>. From where I was imprisoned I could see the ritual site and see that the High Priest was preparing an altar. There were cages with prisoners and a squad of Magadi guards. Head west from here and close to the first temple you'll find the site.

- Speak with Zalikhet
- Head west from Zalikhet's Camp to the ritual site at the Temple of Nyrevin

- Disrupt the ritual spell at the Ritual Site at the Temple of Nyrevin. You must kill the High Priest no matter what else you choose to do, but you can free the captives or destroy any props you find.
- Kill the High Priest at the Ritual Site at the Temple of Nyrevin
- (Optional) Destroy Props at the Ritual Site at the Temple of Nyrevin
- (Optional) Free the Captives at the Ritual Site at the Temple of Nyrevin
- (Optional) Free the first Captive

- Return to Zalikhet at her camp now that you have disrupted the ritual spell
