Ancient tombs are being plundered and relics stolen by the Withered Aegis. Paladin Batel has now asked you to investigate a second, but Jan Arros has discovered that this one is also infested with insects that she wishes cleansed.

Speak with Paladin Arros
<player>, I have taken a quick look inside the gates of the tomb and can clearly see that it has become infested with Tomb Scarabs, a disgusting beetle that survives on decay and death, and Tomb Crawlers, a foul creature that can paralyze its prey before devouring them. Disgusting!
Indeed! As you investigate the tomb, I would ask that you destroy these creatures when you encounter them.
Destroy twelve (12) Tomb Scarabs or Tomb Crawlers within the Tomb of Crankenspank
