A test to determine how swiftly the Gifted can travel.
Quest text[edit]
Run out the road to the north and west up to the northern most gate out of the city. The road will continue around to the west. Greet Anistor, the Assessor of the Soul when you reach her.
Follow the road south and west up to the gate out of Kion. You will see my associate, the Assessor of Soul, near that gate. You are heading for the more northerly of the two gates. Move swiftly now; you are being timed!
Congratulations. You have conquered the Test of Swiftness. Here is your Imperial Token of Swiftness. While you are here, I am the Assessor of the Soul. I am here to examine the relationship between the souls of the Gifted and the Shrines they bind to. Do you wish to take this or not? If so, speak to me again and we will begin.
