Update notes

Hiya Stale, welcome back and thanks for the updates! May I ask you to not add links to the patch notes, please? Background is the following: They may get invalidated while the wiki content progresses over time, this has been chaotic until I decided to remove them of those looooong texts for easyness. :-)

Oh sorry E! Yes I can avoid those, was using them to spec out some of the patch notes but its np to do it bit by bit anyway :) (and ty for the wb - been waiting for the combat overhaul as an excuse to get back in to game tbh ;) )
