Capacity in Istaria is a heavy factor, especially when it comes to crafting. You need capacity in your inventory to be able to gather resources or drag those to the machines you'd like to use.

Capacity is divided between bulk and stack. Bulk reflects how much weight you can place somewhere, while stack reflects how much items you can add to somwhere.

Capacity generally applies to everything which can store something. For example your character's inventory, your vault storage, buildings on your own plot, some NPCs like consigners. Furthermore there are cargo disks you can drag and pets which may hold some stuff for you.
