Gerix has sent you out to the fields where treants grow to test your ability to draw one treant away from the others to earn an ability called Dragon's Reach. The treants are to the east of the settlement of Parsinia. If you have not been to Parsinia previously, be sure to speak to the Gatekeeper there to attune to that portal so that in the future the trip is easier.
Quest Text[edit]
Gerix tells you, Yes, yes... Keeping your opponents at bay is a useful skill to know! Well, I can train you if you can pass my trials. South of here you will find a settlement called Parsinia. There is a Gatekeeper there who can explain how to use the portal to reach Parsinia faster in the future. The cedar treants are found just east of Parsinia. Defeat twenty (20) of these foes and return here to me! Avoid the saplings, <player>, they will not do!

Steps[edit]
- Defeat twenty (20) Cedar Treants, avoiding the saplings. Travel to Parsinia. After speaking to the Gatekeeper there, head back north out of the settlement and follow the road when it turns eastward. You will pass some Forest Spiders and eventually come to where to Cedar Treants roam.
- Speak with Gerix in Kion about your training.
