The Hermit wishes to rid the Peak of Storms of the past.
Quest text[edit]
Lantenal tells you, Saris, welcome to my lair. I do not normally much like visitors; I live this far out for a reason! This is a unique time, however. You see, I have been... troubled, as of late. I am the gatekeeper for the link to the Peak of Storms, once known as the fabled Sleeper's Peak. As I watch over this link, I see the memory of Elial the Mercenary defiling the somber ground. It fills me with a rage I cannot describe, Gifted. A rage worse than when a clumsy hatchling fouls my lava pool! <He pauses.> It is important to me.
- What can I do to assist?
Lantenal tells you, Destroy him. Claw apart his ethereal form and send him back to the Rift. I wish to see him no longer and I wish to no longer hear about hatchlings being caught underfoot attempting to attain their wings. If you are not attuned, do not fear, for I will attune you.
Lantenal makes some quick gestures, doublechecking your attunement to the Peak.
Steps[edit]
- Speak with the Hermit.
- Defeat the Memory of Elial the Mercenary ten (10) times.
- Return to Lantenal the Hermit.
