Frig tells you, Cold here on the Frontier, isn't it? You are wondering who I am, yes? I am Frig Tallowgar, the Imperial Quartermaster. A most important position it is for it is I who supplies the Imperial Armies with food, and weapons and armor and... well... anything else you can think of! And I don't know about you, but I can think of a lot of things. Yes I can! I have things for sale that you can buy. I don't deal with the currency of the Realm, though. I only deal with Rank Tokens so if you have any, we can deal. Otherwise, go get some. Why Rank Tokens? Two words. Paper. Trail.
Frig tells you, The Outpost is built, thanks to the help of the Gifted. But the Invasion has not been stopped yet. There are rumors of a greater evil still to come... I do not know if the rumors are true... we shall see in time. For now, the outpost must be defended. Lord Jatell has arrived to coordinate the defense personally. The Council pressured him, or so I hear. They are nervous and he has thus far failed to stop the invasion. In fact, they have commissioned me to begin stock-piling the resources necessary to construct great fortifications here on The Frontier.
