Welcome young one, I am BattleMaster Gerix and I have been tasked with your training while you are here in Kion. Eventually you will exceed the training that I have been tasked with providing and I will send you onwards to more dangerous locales and other Dragons far to the east in one of Dragonkind's cities, Chiconis. Amazing!
Indeed! First, however, I must test your mettle and your endurance. I have a load of spell shards here that I want you to fly over the volcano to the Saris village of Parsinia. I cannot fly yet.
Gerix chuckles.
Of course you can't, young one. I was pulling your tail. I will send someone else who can fly these shards to Parsinia quickly. In the meantime, I want you to kill some pests for me. Loricatus Beetles swarm the beaches near town and I want you to locate and kill ten of them for me.
Well done, <player>. I realize it was a tedious task, but I needed you to prove your dedication to training before we proceeded further. Now, you have done as I asked and therefore you are due a reward. This is a dimensional pocket which will allow you to carry more as you adventure throughout the world.
