Help the ghost of Jolan find peace by slaying the undead known as Commander Vekh.

Come closer. Are you one of them? No...wait...you...you are different. Gifted. Yes, yes, you are a Gifted. You are beyond death, like that walking carcass that did this to me.
I...my mind...I cannot recall it clearly. It happened so fast. We were on patrol, out of Kion, sent to investigate the blight on this island. He took us by surprise; Vannes, Illinos and I. I remember them calling out as he fell upon us. I remember Vannes shouting a name...Vekh.
Yes, that was the monster's name. Vekh. A creature of the Withered Aegis. Gifted, I have a request of you. I need you to be my instrument of vengeance. Destroy Vekh, as he has destroyed me. I do not know where he has hidden himself away. We were patrolling from Kion across the center of Lesser Aradoth toward Parsinia when we were attacked. Once you have destroyed him, return to me so that I may know he is no more.
Is that you, Gifted? Have you done what I asked, are the worms feasting on his bones? Ah, thank you. I feel a great weight being lifted from me. I may have peace yet. Oh, and please, take my sword as a reward for your efforts. It has been in my family for generations, it as old as the Saris themselves. But, it will do a dead man no good.
Steps[edit]
- Slay the undead known as Vekh. Jolan was not sure where you will find him, only that they were patrolling the road that goes across the center of Lesser Aradoth and leads toward Parsinia.
- Return to Jolan and speak with him.
