Gives a chance on nice extra loot. Can only be looted off certain Tier 6 enemies, after you finished the quest Biggletorque: The Frozen Tower. You need to have the Collect Locked Boxes ability to be able to loot them. The boxes are opened by using a Skeleton Key. Exceptional Radiant Crystal of Movement May contain the following item(s):
