You qualify for a larger vault. Now all you have to do is pay Anarie in Bristugo for the extra storage space.

Speak with Anarie again. Be sure and have six (6) Loyalty Tokens to pay for the upgrade.
I have received permission from the Bank of Tazoon to offer qualified Gifted the chance to extend their bank vaults. In my opinion, you are more than qualified, <player>. All I require is a small payment of say, six tokens.
