Niesa, once a famed Alchemist, has been enslaved by the Withered Aegis for many years. Your search for her, started by her former student and lover, Giltekh Framtor, led you to find her at the edge of the Eastern Deadlands. At Niesa's direction you recovered samples of the bond that has enslaved her for further study.

Niesa tells you, I dare not hold the bond any longer; I fear they may alert my slaver or worse bind me even tighter to the Withered Aegis. No, what you should do is take these far away from me to a scholar, perhaps even Giltekh, as soon as possible. When you next see Giltekh, carry my wishes and please convey my sorrow for leaving him for so long without word. *she turns away* Safe journeys!
