Karkath has more challenging tasks for you in the future, but for now, he requests you to visit Jemenoth and learn to craft your own equipment.

Karkath tells you, Follow the path up the road until you reach the arch. There should be a sign that says crafting. Just walk up the hill and you will find Jemenoth's lair. Speak to the dragon, Malimer, at the top of the hill; he can guide you to Jemenoth from there on out.

Oh, you're not Malimer. Well, I'll introduce myself then; I am Artisan Jemenoth. I teach new hatchlings how to craft armor and spells in order to defend themselves against the horrible monsters that plague our beautiful land.
