Drops from
Required for quest
- Learn To Change Your Form (NPC: Hethsa the Patient, Level: 50)
Five Soul Fragments are required for completion of the quest Learn To Change Your Form.
- Three are rewarded from The Ruined Homestead (Part 2). You will need to talk to several different NPC's.
- They drop from Level 50 Ghosts and above such as but not limited to: Greater Ghosts, Wraith Masters and Greater Ice Blights.
Easiest to Obtain is within the Northern Deadlands.
As a final trick tip, you could drop The Ruined Homestead (Part 2) quest after receiving the shards; then reacquire it to get all five shards. This has been tested to work.
