Quests

Three are rewarded from The Ruined Homestead Part 2. You will need to talk to several different NPCs here. Soul Fragments are needed for Learning to Change Your Form. As the current drop is not presently known (and/or has been stated not to occur as stated in the lexica) drop this quest after receiving the shards, and re-take it to get all 5. Then proceed with your Khutit quest. Confirmed this does work.
