Surtheim is a named Golem that can be found in the Fiery Maw. A weakened version is found on the Island of Fire called Diminished Surtheim. Surtheim is followed by two to four ads called Surtheim Fragment that follow it around its arena.

Combat Tactics[edit]
His Ability Combust is immediately deadly if you can't heal up the damage that is done. Has a very high damage output. Use of Primal Vengeance (if possible) recommended and flame resistance gear. Purification spells casted on the player directly after the combustion spell is fired before all else can save you from the DoT.
Surtheim got high resists and wards with the Update 2013.3; use Ice Attack or Primal Attack to hit his weaknesses.
