When used, this title adds ", Grand Master Dragon Crafter" to the end of your name. So, for example, if your character is named Holly Davidson, using the title will make it display as "Holly Davidson, Grand Master Dragon Crafter".
In order to be able to use this title, you need to have all dragon crafting schools at level 100: Dragon Crafter, Dragon Lairshaper and Dragon Crystalshaper.
