When you destroyed the portal you certainly didn't expect it to attract the attention of a ghost hatchling. This little hatchling wanted to go to the island in the sky and now she thinks her chances are ruined. Perhaps we should find out if we can take her there.

Quest text[edit]

Emisora tells you, What happened to Tazoon... it was so pretty but then everything fell apart! The portal stopped working too, I tried my best but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get to Sanctuary. I really wanted to visit the floating island. The elders used to tell stories of it... I had hoped to see it myself one day. Sniff.. Sniff...

These shiny items should please Emisora. Return to her in the Ruin of Tazoon.

Emisora tells you, What's that? Ohh it's shiny! I like shiny hoard, so pretty! Where'd you find such pretty hoard, <player>? Hehehe, if only I was alive to touch it. Everything went black when I was looking at the Victory Arch... I must've died there.

Maybe you can find her bones and bring them to Sanctuary. That might make her spirit go there as well.

Step: Find Emisora's Bones

You see a nasty Welger carrying around some rather heavy looking bones that have been charred. That must be them.

You have defeated the Ritual Master that had Emisora's bones. Don't forget to loot them.

You have looted 1 Hatchling Bones.

You have looted the bones, time to head back to Emisora.

Step: Return to Emisora with Hatchling Bones

Emisora tells you, I feel funny... A little bit lost. Are we going somewhere?

Step: Talk to BattleMaster Talaurukar

Talaurukar tells you, A new portal to Sanctuary? Hrm.. perhaps you should speak with somebody in New Rachival. Those Gnomes are always tinkering with that sort of thing, I'm certain they built the original Portal and can build a new one as well.

Steps[edit]

  • Speak to Emisora
  • Acquire two (2) valuable golden hoard items (Golden Urns, Golden Coffers, Golden Scepters or Golden Crowns). You can either loot them or trade them with a Consigner/player of your choice
  • Return to Emisora with the hoard items
  • Search for Emisora's Bones near the ruins of the Victory Arch in front of the Bloodwall (search the area north of where the Priests are gathered to advance quest)
  • Defeat the Ritual Master
  • Recover Emisora's bones from the Varan Ritual Master's corpse
  • Return to Emisora with Hatchling Bones
  • Talk to BattleMaster Talaurukar at the Imperial Army Camp

Rewards[edit]

  • Adventure Experience: 20400
  • Money: 15s
