Once again you must prove yourself and your skills to Relstaroth in order to proceed. He has challenged you to a series of tasks after which he will again be evaluating your product.
Quest text[edit]
Relstaroth tells you, Hail, <player>. I trust your efforts at improving your skills have proven to be fruitful? I hear good things about you from your fellow dragons... They say your skills are improving daily and that you are indeed becoming a mighty builder of lairs. Perhaps that is true... I for one am not convinced. But I will give you the opportunity to prove me wrong.
Relstaroth tells you, Therefore, I have a challenge for you. Actually, three challenges but we will tackle each one in turn. The first is fairly straight-forward; there is a precious material called platinum. Go, gather it, process it into bars, and then further into Imbued Bars. Create eighteen (18) of them and then return here to me so that I may evaluate them.
Relstaroth tells you, Ah, there you are... Let me see those bars. Hmm... Yes, these are passable in quality. But you must do more to convince me of your skill, <player>. The next challenge should be no more difficult than the last. Create eighteen (18) Potent Excoriations of Earth and then return here with them. You will need to harvest Cobalt and Obsidian for these.
Relstaroth tells you, Well, well... Yes, these Excoriations are solid and appear to be of decent quality. But I am not yet convinced that your brethren spoke the truth about your skill. I require more proof before I make my decision. Go, create eighteen (18) Primal Essence of Unifying, a cross between Bright Essence Orbs and Focused Titian Azulyte Crystals. Create these and then return with them here to me for evaluation.
Relstaroth tells you, Excellent, here you are. And not a moment too soon. Yes, this Primal Essence appears to be made with someone who at the very least has the potential to be skilled. I am not enamored of your performance this day, <player>, but I grudgingly agree that you may indeed have the ability to become an Expert Lairshaper one day. Good day to you.
