Nipper is a named Winter Wolf that can be found on the Scorpion Island mountain and on Dalimond Ridge west of Central Valley.

	If you can't find any, try killing those creatures around the assumed location and wait a few (usually up to 5 minutes), they may be on a shared spawn point.

Stand-up fight. Try and separate Nipper from the pack if possible and try to stun, mezz and root.
