Severant himself had to complete a test presented to him by the Council of Elders before he could learn more about the Drain Strike ability all dragons need, and so he has passed this same challenge on to you before he will complete your training. You have been sent to the region known as the Barrier Vale. It lies far to the east beyond the walls of the Withered Aegis and close to the barrier dividing the Western and Eastern Continents. There you are to find and destroy twenty of the Adamantium Golems.

Defeat twenty (20) Adamantium Golems. The golems are found far to the east in the Barrier Vale. Severant has warned you that they will not be easily defeated.
Learning from the elders was no easy task, <player>. I had to do much for them before they would train me, making me prove my own worth to them. So now I give you the same challenge they gave me. Seek out and destroy the Adamantium Golems. The rarest golems, you will have difficulty reaching them. They can be found far to the east in the Barrier Vale. No easy task, this one is!
