Attacking the Withered Aegis directly gave Tradok and his detachment some space, but it was not for long. A Technomancer has rallied the remnants and is once again threatening the outpost.
Quest text[edit]
Tradok tells you, Ranger, good you have returned! The attacks had begun to slacken, but then a Technomancer arrived. Fearsome opponents, they are. Twisted and possessing capabilities more akin to the Gifted than others you might encounter here in the Proving Grounds or anywhere in Istaria.
Tradok tells you, <player>, the Technomancer has rallied his forces and is preparing to attack once again. I have seen the forces arrayed against us and it appears to be grim. They are numerous and some can attack us from the other side, removing our advantage here on this isolated outpost.
Tradok tells you, The Technomancer must be dealt with and quickly! Cross the bridge yet again, <player>, and attack the monster directly. Destroy it and ensure our safety! Brobbet's Justice Be Swift!
You have defeated the Technomancer and Tradok's Stand is now safe for a time..
Tradok tells you, You did it! I saw the fight from here and it was glorious. The Technomancer stood no chance at all against your power or ferocity. Once again you have my thanks and we are in your debt. Please take this as a gesture, however paltry, of our thanks.
