The Forest Skulk have spread into the Central Valley and have begun menacing travelers and communities. Private Abbath is concerned about their presence and has heard of your exploits in the north.

Eilin tells you, Ranger, welcome to the Central Valley. Perhaps you have a moment to hear of a concern? Yes? Good. *she sighs before speaking* I have heard of your exploits in the north against the Forest Skulk and their boldness concerns all of us, yes even here in this otherwise idyllic valley. Your martial prowess is perhaps even greater than they say and I hope that you will put it to good use for my lonely outpost. Will you?
Eilin tells you, I truly hope so! You see, the Forest Skulk have moved across the Dalimond Ridge and have established a village in the hills not far from my post to the south and east within the Swamp of Tears. They cannot be allowed to thrive here or they will destroy the confederation from within! <player>, I beg of you, destroy the village for the Vandus Militia!
You've defeated sufficient Forest Skulks here in the Central Valley!.
Eilin tells you, You have driven them away? Truly? *she smiles* Well done, <player>. That will keep the valley safe for a time, I hope.

- Defeat ten (10) Forest Skulk within the Central Valley
- Defeat the Forest Skulk Elder within the Central Valley
- Return to Private Abbath at the Central Valley Outpost with word of your victory
