Quest Text[edit]
Word has been brought to the Elders of Chiconis that the tomb of the great Helian herself may be in danger of desecration. The Dragons of Chiconis are incensed by this and plans move forward to cleanse it and restore its glory. You have been chosen as the instrument of their wrath.

- Travel to the Observatory Outpost and speak with Battlemaster Orthondrin
