Then you need Glowing Tensile Suspensions, Silver Powder and some Glass Bottles. But you also need two special components.
The first one is some Werewolf Claws. I know Talbain had already asked you for some earlier. We have discovered that infusing these claws in a silver solution can potentiate its effects.

The second one is Vial Launchers. These ones were created by Versanto the Master when we were doing research for this weapon. Throwing bottles directly isn't efficient at long range, we needed a device to launch them easily. If you also master tinkering arts, you can buy the formula from him. Otherwise, ask another Tinkerer to craft them for you.
Acquire the various components Gard Brownbottle asked you for
