Fixes:
- Prevent more than 20 points from being displayed on buy back training points UI
- Fix for crash at startup (related to multi-core and separate decoding thread)

Optimization:
- Removed sleep based FPS limiter and replaced with timerQueue-based gated limiter. Much smoother for faster systems and no impairment of slower
