Crafting is very relevant in Istaria because players get their enhancements only through strong hands being able to craft them. This includes armor, weapons, spells and tools. Also you're able to craft your own buildings which even may help you to be able to craft better items, or just to refine the needed resources.

Every craft task is based on a crafting school and optional two more harvesting schools:

• Gatherer for organic resources such as wood, essence, leather and fabric
• Miner for non-organic resources like stone, metal and gems

To be able to craft items you need to have the correct formulas, school level and crafting skills, and a proper tool for the proper machine.
