Ted's puns are getting worse. Thankfully this is the highest tier title you can get. When you've gathered 10000 Fresh Mackerel, return to Ted for your title. (You do NOT have to bring the fish to Ted.)

Ted tells you, You seem to have a pretty good angle on this fishing thing... So I'll give you the title of Angler if you catch enough mackerel.

Get it... Angler... cause you have a good angle... and angling is a fishing method...
