Speak to any Vaultkeeper to obtain the quest and you need the appropriate level in craft or adventure.

You qualify for a larger vault. Now all you have to do is pay for the extra storage space.
Quest Text[edit]
<vaultkeeper> tells you, Ah, very well then. Here is your initial paperwork. Fill it out. When you are done, speak to me, or any vaultkeeper in the realm, and we will begin the filing process for you.
<vaultkeeper> tells you, Your level of participation in this program is appreciated. Speak to me again when you are ready. Make sure you have 400 silver with you at the time, as well.
<vaultkeeper> tells you, I see you are becoming a significant shareholder, Master <player>. Hopefully we'll have you as a customer for quite some time. Just give me a moment, and I'll have everything arranged with your new vault allocation.

- Speak to any vault keeper to find out what is required for the upgrade.
- Speak to a vaultkeeper about upgrading your vault. Be sure to have 400 silver with you at the time.
