The Madame Butterfly Head Scale is a decorative mask that is equipped in the head scale slot. When used, it produces a tech kits after consuming 5 Elven Marzipan Skull-Bites that can then be used to apply the visuals of the mask to any head scale.
It was one of the winners in the fall festival contest of 2009 and was submitted by a player named Xanthia from the Chaos server.
