Shangra heard that Wind Elementals were animated by an artifact. She wants evidence of it.
Quest text[edit]
According to legends, golems were originally clay statues which were animated by adding an enchanted artifact into their bodies. To create Wind Elementals, these artifacts must have been very powerful.
Dragons say that wind is controlled by Primal magic and I know some Helian scholars would like to study these cores. I believe they would buy these artifacts for a hefty price and my potions stock needs to be refilled.
If you are interested in Artifact Hunter Tokens, would you help me to collect samples of them? Wind Elementals can be found at the Stormy March northwest of here.

- Loot twelve (12) Enchanted Wind Cores on Wind Elementals at the Stormy March
- Return to Shandra Woodheart in the Valley of Tears with the cores
